Teresita Macatangay del Rosario is born.

Engr. Alex Michael U. del Rosario is born.

From childhood, a legacy of treasured, time-tested recipes were passed down to Alex by his Auntie; Mrs. Cecilia del Rosario Pacumio. With this knowledge Alex would be able to forge a unique heritage and style enjoyed by the most cultured clientele.

Separately, they visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to find work. One day their paths crossed, blessed by true love. Shortly after, in realizing a dream by starting the Food-To-Go business in Al-Khodair, they exposed themselves to exotic Arabian, Egyptian, Indian, Pakistani, Palestinian and Tunisian dishes which would later become part of their lives. This sowed the seeds for an unending journey of mastery in international cuisine.

Alex and Teresita fell in love.

Alex and Teresita got married.

Juan Carlo del Rosario is born.

The del Rosarios, fresh from their success in Saudi Arabia, returned to the Philippines and settled in Batangas. They begun their next business venture: Juan Carlo the Caterer.

Juan Carlo caters for the Centennial Wedding of Senator Bong Revilla & Congresswoman Lani Mercado. As a result, doors are opened to an endless list of celebrity clients who recognize Juan Carlo as the superior catering company of the Philippines.

After years of working at the top of the industry with high-profile clients, a new vision was born of luxury service and delivery under the brand Juan Carlo; Catering to those with a finer taste.
